Workforce Development

NCTM understands that ensuring a continued labor pool for the pharmaceutical industry requires multi-generational workforce development built in collaboration with industry.  This is how we are able to offer a comprehensive program encompassing education at all levels—from our “BioFORCE” summer academies to technical certification to professional development for pharmaceutical executives.  NCTM has developed a diverse portfolio of curriculum that incorporates principles of engineering, health, and life sciences, including bioprocess equipment operations; process development, optimization, and scale-up; monitoring, analysis and testing; GLP, GMP, quality, regulatory, and more.  NCTM’s entire catalog of coursework is designed, developed, and delivered by industry-experienced instructors and academic subject matter experts.
