Jenny Ligon

Since 2012, Jenny Ligon has overseen NCTM’s development of innovative multidisciplinary technical training and continuing education programs to serve the rapidly-growing needs of the biopharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing industry. As NCTM’s Senior Associate Director, Ligon specializes in complex multi-organizational program development and management. She is a skilled business developer with experience in communications, legislative affairs, and project negotiation, and a proven ability to lead collaborative initiatives involving diverse stakeholders. Ligon leads NCTM’s business development and new training initiatives, including marketing, proposal writing and negotiation, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement and contracts administration and management. She has two decades of project management, public relations, and business development and administration experience in both the public and private sectors.
