The biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry is rapidly growing with companies struggling to keep pace with hiring demands. NCTM’s training can greatly diminish the time it takes to onboard entry-level technicians and allows companies to invest in their tenured professionals through continuing education. NCTM offers a catalog of online, hands-on, and lecture-based training covering various aspects of cell culture and basic molecular biology, aseptic processes and microbiology, upstream and downstream processing of biological materials including viruses, monoclonal antibodies and other recombinant proteins, as well as industrial bioanalytical methods.

In addition to our off-the-shelf courses, we can cut-and-paste our more than 200 training modules into a customized training program based on any company’s unit operations. Closely modelling our training around the client’s internal processes increases effectiveness of the training and saves them money.
