BioFORCE I Summer Academy

BioFORCE is a week-long residential STEM summer program that exposes high school students to the amazing process of how cutting-edge research and medical discoveries become new drugs and pharmaceutical treatments. In BioFORCE I, you’ll examine pharmaceutical development and manufacturing process, tour facilities that do cutting-edge medical research and pharmaceutical manufacturing, and perform a series of hands-on labs in bacterial transformation, production and purification. Applicants must be currently enrolled in and complete the 9th grade by June 2020.
