During this course, learners will:
- Perform HYPERStack vessel manipulations including fill, empty, and dynamic incubate, which are used for cell seeding, media exchange, and harvest
- Observe a live-cell HYPERStack vessel harvest
- Understand HYPER technology and when to consider HYPERStack vs. traditional vessels
- Learn to work with closed-system tubing, which is pre-installed on the HYPERStack vessels
- Gain familiarity with other Corning solutions for cell culture scale-up
