The NeuroPIPES (Neurodiversity Pipelines In bioPharmaceutical Employment through Supports) program is a unique program to equip, train, support, and retain neurodivergent talent for the biomanufacturing industry.

BioFORCE

BioFORCE is a hands-on STEM summer program hosted by the National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing (NCTM) at Texas A&M University in College Station and at the University of Texas at Arlington. Designed for high school students (rising sophomores through seniors), the program immerses participants in the science and engineering behind biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

TWC Training Funds

The National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing (NCTM) partners with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) to support workforce development through customized training programs for Texas businesses. These funding opportunities help employers upskill current employees, train new hires, and strengthen Texas’ biotechnology and advanced manufacturing workforce.

The program was life changing! I was able to gain confidence in my skill performance and learned so much about the industry, networking, and specific procedures.
